  2. Timeframe: We kindly request that you return the merchandise to Maxler within 30 days of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns beyond this time period.
  3. Submitting a request: To initiate a return, please utilize our Contact Us option. By reaching out through this channel, you can submit your return request and provide any necessary details.
  4. Purchase order number: It is essential to provide your Purchase Order number, which you received when placing your order on our website. This unique identifier helps us track your purchase and streamline the return process. Once we verify the eligibility of your merchandise for return (as outlined in our Return Policy), we will issue you a Return Authorization Number. Detailed instructions on completing the return will accompany this number.
  5. Dietary supplements and consumable products: Returns for dietary supplements and other consumable products are accepted exclusively if they were purchased directly from maxler.com. Additionally, for such products to qualify for a return, at least 75% of the item must remain unused.
  6. Reimbursement process: All refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the initial purchase. Please note that it might take approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. However, some payment providers may process refunds more quickly, while others may require additional time.
  7. Unfortunately, technically it’s impossible for you to cancel the order now.
